Do Microgreens go bad?

Microgreens typically take 10-12 days to finish growing and reach its maximum nutrient potency. once those two weeks are up, your microgreens will have lost if not all most of its nutrients. if you do not finish your microgreens in the 2 weeks from purchase, we strongly advise you to throw them away and simply get more of your favorite microgreens.

Most microgreens will last you about 2 weeks starting the day of harvest. We strive to always ensure to provide the most freshest and most tasteful microgreens in the area
