So…what does an Optimal Health Coaching session look like?
First, we’ll discuss your health and fitness goals. Some examples: Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to gain muscle? Do you want to sleep better? Do you have a specific health challenge you’d like to transform? Do you want to be a better dancer? Are there any other issues?
After we’re clear about your goals, we’ll identify what you’re doing now. What do you eat? How much? When? What are your sleep patterns? What do you do for exercise? What’s working? What’s not working? What else?
Third, after discussing your goals and your current situation, we’ll talk about your options. This might mean recommendations about changes in your diet, or about when and how often you eat. I know some neat tricks that can help you sleep better. I might give you some ideas about ways to be more fit in less time. If possible, we’ll probably go shopping, and we might go to the park or the beach for a fun workout. (We can also meet over the phone, Skype or via teleconference.)
I promise you, in your Optimal Health Coaching session, you’ll be hearing suggestions that never even occurred to you before. I’ve been devoted to creating a vibrantly healthy lifestyle since I was 19 years old, and I love to share what I have learned.
